1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility & Registration

3 Account Management

You must not share your login details with any other person. bbk999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information changes, you must update your account promptly. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Closure

Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC completion. Bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal upon voluntary account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bbk999 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts after providing prior written notice to the registered email or mobile number. Accounts with a zero balance after dormancy charges are permanently closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in or contacting support before the account is closed.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The minimum deposit amount on bbk999 is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single-deposit limit imposed by bbk999, although your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time

In the rare event of a payment processing delay, please contact bbk999 support with your transaction reference number. bbk999 does not charge any processing fee on deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

4.4 Funds Ownership

By depositing funds into your bbk999 account, you confirm that: (a) you are the sole legal owner of the funds deposited; (b) the funds are not derived from any illegal activity; and (c) you have not been instructed by any third party to deposit or manage funds on the bbk999 platform. Deposits made on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used to make the most recent deposit. bbk999 does not permit withdrawals to a different mobile number or payment method than the one on record for your account unless prior written approval has been granted by the bbk999 compliance team following a KYC review.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

6 Game Rules & Betting Conduct

6.1 Game Integrity

• Exploiting identified bugs, glitches, or errors in game software for financial gain;

6.4 Bet Cancellation
